Talent Development

An in-depth examination of the managerial and leadership responsibilities related to employee career management as well as personal and professional growth. Students explore strategies for training and staff development in order to better understand the importance of deploying human resources, developing core competencies, and promoting a learning culture to better compete in a competitive economy. Exploration of the changing educational, demographic, economic, and societal factors that impact recruitment, and students develop a comprehensive and innovative strategy to recruit the most talented applicants in the workplace. Includes cultural competency and understanding.
